SHR #963 - Research Shows Heavy Weights Do Not Equal Bigger Muscles PLUS Did Arthur Jones Really Help Us: The Value Of Longer Training Sessions

Guest: Cameron Mitchell & Randy Roach

PLUS Roach talks about old school trainers who used to train for hours and even eat meals while training. Did it work? Can it work better than the way we train today?

Bottom-line is don't stop finding the best workout for own body. I'm reaching 30 yet I keep learning new things about my own physiology & making some small, incremental adjustments to my life. Hope for the best! ;-)
