Hey love the show
Did the Mr. Antonio give out the optimal amount to consume.
Is 1 gram per lb still the guide to follow.

According to Dr. Antonio, 1 g/lb is a minimum amount. His research suggests that up to 1.5 g/lb has benefits on body composition and is safe and well-tolerated.
