Since I've been sleeping at an angle, I've noticed that I'm able to remember more of my dreams, have longer lasting energy during the day, and my mood has improved.

Hard to imagine it's been almost a year since we started doing this. My girlfriend was pregnant and having serious trouble sleeping, when I decided to set the bed up like this with rail-road ties at the end and rocks in the middle. We both started sleeping and feeling better very quickly. We don't take anything with us, yet, when we travel and it feels so odd to sleep on a flat bed now; feels like our feet are higher than our head.

Yes, we also felt like our head was going down through the floor when laying flat on our backs, after many years of IBT. Very strange feeling.
