First we discuss briefly the phenomenon of male pattern baldness as this was supposed to be the thrust of the show. Then the discussion turns to the complexity of saying definitively that GABA is a good sleep aid as there are a myriad of external and internal mechanisms that may or may not make GABA a good choice as a pre-sleep hypnotic aid for you. The discussion then turns to some suitable alternatives to GABA that may have less of a negative effect on sleep architecture. Followed by some alternatives to the alternatives which in the end analysis may be the best choices as they do not act as direct hypnotic aids but instead set the body up for what it does best. And lastly we come full circle to discuss the effects of exercise upon sleep and sleep quality.
