Rather easy man. I just hold it behind my back and grip it HARD. Doing so increases the contractile ability of the working arm, making you stronger. I'll try and have my GF video these, next time I perform them.

FAR exceeds the muscle building stimulus of benching. REASON? Your entire body (especially the abs), need to be contracted in unison, to be able to complete the lift!
