Fantastic show! Thank you so much for highlighting specifically how exercise affects women's hormones. I would love it if you could do more shows like this. What works for men does not always apply to women, especially in the case of cardio. I have found running (in moderation) to be critical in helping me to balance my hormones. Strength training is equally important, but for completely different reasons. Would love it if you would explore your hypothesis that different times of the menstrual cycle may be more advantageous for fat burning vs.muscle building. Would love it if you could find studies that could help women use this to our advantage rather than constantly fighting against our biology and assuming that what works for men should always work for women.
