Keith takes a very different approach to addressing this subject. Most vegetarians contend that their diet spares animals and is more spiritually evolved and sustainable than animal husbandry. Keith lays out an intelligent and well informed argument that will make any vegetarian/vegan have a hard time swallowing their bean sprouts and tofu ever again. PLUS Schuler and Cosgrove did it again with the detailed and methodical approach to getting lean, fast and more muscular. Surprisingly there's not a single sit-up or crunch in the entire book but plenty of opportunities to develop washboard abs!
