Interesting. I love to train until sweat flows down my face like rivers, but I'll keep it to 2-3x a week. :)

Many traditional Chinese medical doctors believed the amount of exercise should be one that form sweat beads on your forehead. When this happens, you should start to wind down and stop. Never exercise to the extent your sweat start to flowing on your face like rivers.
