I'm excited to try some of the curry powder Rob recommends in this episode. I wanted to share what I've been doing lately (unkowingly). I love mexican food, so I've been adding some spices to my oatmeal (the only grain I eat): cumin, cayene pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. This combination has been a staple in almost every meal of mine, cause it's TASTEY. Add a dollop of sour cream if you need to boost your fat macros. I've also tried pea isolate, which changes the flavor a little but is still good, and whole dairy milk isolate, which mutes the flavor slightly (again, still good). For another variation, though apparently not as fitness-friendl y, I use italian seasonings and parmesian cheese. I'm amazed at how satisfying this is as a side to my main protein. I'm excited to try a "curry" variation.
