This was a fun episode. I saw it amongst the most listened to episodes at the bottom of the website. I would enjoy hearing what these guys do during breaks. Wade mentioned 7-minute and Rob up-to-ten minute breaks between sets. Also, did Wade participate in the cross-fit competition?
