I really like PJs take on "ongoing N=1 studies" on yourself, or in other words: figuring out what works for YOU not once and for all, but rather in the current circumstances, at your current age, job, etc. < people really got to understand that

on the other hand, I would suspect that beginners and intermediates would generally be better off on a two-bodparts per day split like

Day 1: Chest + Bis
Day 2: Legs
Day 3: Rest
Day 4: Delts + Triceps
Day 5: Back + Traps
Day 6: Rest
Day 7: either Rest or Repeat

Use this for your first N=1 study and adapt according to your needs

The sound for this podcast is great through the headphones, but sounds like sound under water through the computer speakers.
