this is very true. politics and carbs have both become completely polarized.

that was one of my favorite shows in a while. i started experimenting with keto diets a couple of years ago and it was a struggle at first. now i can cut carbs without any headaches or fogginess. it is always nice to hear that something i have experienced has a name. especially when it is something positive like this.
